Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, website content, marketing collateral, and more. Software Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in graphic design software such as Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Ability to work with other design tools is a plus. Animation: Develop GIFs and animated videos that engage and captivate our audience. Transform static visuals into dynamic and eye-catching content. Creative Ideation: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and conceptualize creative design ideas that align with our brand and objectives. Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in design elements, color schemes, and brand guidelines across all materials and platforms. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Feedback Incorporation: Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to continually improve design quality. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Familiarity with animation and video editing software. Excellent creativity, visual design skills, and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
