Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager based in Chennai, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. In this role, the Product Manager will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, define product roadmaps, gather and analyze user feedback, and prioritize feature development. Additionally, the Product Manager will coordinate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in Product Management, including roadmap creation, user story development, and feature prioritization Familiarity with SaaS platforms, technology solutions, and product lifecycle management techniques Strong analytical skills, including data-driven decision-making and market research capabilities Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams Project management experience and ability to manage timelines and deliverables Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile software A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred) Experience in the franchising sector or with lead management systems is a plus Innovative mindset with a focus on delivering user-centric solutions
