Franchise Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a Franchise Operations Executive to support our franchise partners after they sign on. You will be the link between BoC and the franchise outlets, helping new stores launch smoothly and making sure every outlet follows our standards for quality, service, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new franchise outlets from handover to launch, including checklists, setup, and opening readiness.
• Coordinate staff training for franchise teams on SOPs, menu preparation, customer service, and hygiene.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits for quality, cleanliness, food safety, and brand compliance, and share follow-up reports.
• Be the first point of contact for franchise partners on day-to-day operational queries and escalate unresolved issues.
• Monitor outlet performance, including sales, wastage, and customer feedback, and flag concerns early.
• Coordinate with the supply chain and procurement teams so outlets receive stock and raw materials on time.
• Ensure franchise outlets follow pricing, menu, promotions, and branding guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, issues, and training in trackers or the CRM.
• Work with the franchise sales team to make sure promises made during sales are delivered in operations.
• Share ground-level feedback with leadership to improve processes and franchise support.

Requirements

Experience

• 1–3 years in operations, preferably in F&B, QSR, cafes, or retail.
• Experience in franchise support, multi-outlet operations, or store management is a strong plus.

Skills

• Good understanding of store operations, SOPs, and food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong communication and relationship skills for working with franchise owners and store teams.
• Good follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
• Willing to travel across Mumbai and nearby locations for store visits.

Education

• Graduate in any discipline; a hospitality or business diploma is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
