Job Objective

To expand the GENI 360 Construction franchise network across Tamil Nadu by identifying qualified franchise investors, developing strategic construction-industry partnerships, and converting qualified opportunities into operational franchises.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire suitable franchise investors and business partners.

- Build networks with real estate professionals, architects, civil engineers, builders and construction suppliers.

- Present the GENI 360 Construction App and approved franchise business model.

- Conduct investor meetings, business presentations and territory evaluations.

- Manage the complete franchise acquisition cycle from lead generation through agreement and onboarding.

- Coordinate with Head Office for commercial approval, documentation and partner activation.

- Maintain accurate records in the company CRM.

- Achieve monthly franchise acquisition and activation targets.

- Support franchise partners during initial business launch.

Required Skills

Strong Tamil communication, professional presentations, negotiation, relationship management, CRM reporting, field travel and proven business closures.

Compensation: ₹30,000–₹55,000 monthly fixed salary + performance incentives, subject to experience and HR approval.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
