Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new franchisees by identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing their suitability for the role.
  • Provide training and support to newly joined franchisees on product knowledge, sales techniques, and business operations.
  • Build strong relationships with existing franchisees through regular visits, feedback sessions, and problem-solving discussions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Strong understanding of business development principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
