Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and communication-oriented Franchise Communication Manager to manage relationships and coordination between WAAYU and its franchise partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background, excellent English communication skills and experience in client relationship management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between WAAYU and franchise partners.
• Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with franchise owners.
• Handle franchise enquiries, queries, concerns and complaints.
• Monitor and track the franchise sales pipeline.
• Follow up with prospective and existing franchise partners.
• Coordinate with internal sales, operations and support teams to resolve franchise-related issues.
• Provide regular updates to franchise partners regarding business operations, processes and requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution of franchise queries.
• Maintain records of franchise interactions, follow-ups and pipeline updates.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• 4–5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management or Franchise Management.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple franchise partners and resolve queries.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Compensation

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000 per month.

Candidates with excellent English communication, strong sales experience and proven franchise/client relationship management skills can be considered for up to ₹35,000 per month.
