Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our uPVC doors and windows • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly and confidently • Handle customer queries professionally • Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details • Schedule appointments for in-person meetings if required • Achieve daily and weekly calling targets Requirements: • Good communication skills in Hindi and English • Confident, polite, and persuasive on phone calls • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools preferred) • Willingness to work from office in Greater Noida West • Telesales/telecalling experience (0–2 years) preferred but freshers welcome What We Offer: • Supportive team and work environment • Stable monthly salary (₹12k–₹15k based on experience) • Fixed working hours, no night shifts • Office-based role with regular team support
