FP&A Sr. Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement in cost control.
• Develop and maintain accurate budgets, forecasts, and financial reports using SAP FICO tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements that reduce costs without compromising quality.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify root causes of differences between actual results and planned targets.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in finance or accounting role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance analysis principles.
• Proficiency in SAP FPA (Financial Planning & Analysis) module is required; experience with other ERP systems an asset.
