Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an Associate Attorney at Fox Mandal Law Firm, located in Chennai. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to providing legal advice, engaging in legal research, preparing legal documentation, and representing clients in labor and employment law matters. Additional responsibilities include negotiating on behalf of clients, strategizing legal approaches, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in Labor and Employment Law Experience in providing Legal Advice and handling complex legal matters with confidence Proficiency in conducting detailed Legal Research to support cases and legal strategies Solid Negotiation skills to effectively advocate and reach favorable agreements for clients Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team and efficiently manage deadlines Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or equivalent; Bar Council membership is required 2-3 years experience in litigation, legal practices within the Chennai jurisdiction will be an advantage
