Role & responsibilities Design, implement and maintain the company's Cisco network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points . Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Cisco network devices, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues . Perform network monitoring and analysis to ensure optimal network performance and identify potential issues . Participate in network capacity planning and upgrade activities to ensure network scalability and reliability . Work with other IT teams and vendors to implement and maintain network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, and VPNs . Develop and maintain network documentation, including network topology diagrams, IP address management, and configuration management . Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support and emergency response. Preferred candidate profile Cisco certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE, are highly preferred Strong knowledge of Cisco networking technologies, including routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP), switching technologies (e.g., VLANs, STP), and security technologies (e.g., ACLs, VPNs) Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools, such as SolarWinds, Wireshark, or PRTG
