Very spacious and lots of big companies. Parking facility is not good for the clients. Easily noticable from the highway.

No washroom for visitors anywhere in this huge working place .. only for the people who visit a particular company can go in there respective washrooms.. otherwise you cannot freshen up before the meeting.

Only the location is convinient as compared hinjewadi..but there is NO good option for eating. Inside premises..it is very costly..outside no options...no hygine...ni option for tea as well ...boring place ..
