About Naavra

Shipping moves 80% of world trade, a USD 600 billion industry, yet it still runs on email, spreadsheets and WhatsApp. Naavra, a Singapore-headquartered maritime tech company, lets owners, crew and shore teams run vessels together, even from a phone and offline mid-ocean, with AI colleagues handling the paperwork while a person approves. It is live at sea, and we are hiring our first go-to-market team, working directly with our founder, a ship owner and fleet operator.

The role

Naavra’s first commercial leader: part evangelist, part seller, part product partner, turning a platform that works at sea into a global market.

What you will do

• Own the Naavra story for owners, managers, crewing agencies and commercial desks
• Find and close our first paying fleets worldwide, from small owners to mid-size managers
• Run founder-level conversations with MDs, technical directors and heads of crewing, purchasing and chartering, and turn early customers into references
• Feed customer insight back to product
• Build the playbook: segments, pricing, pilots and partner channels (manning agencies, class, associations)
• Lead and coach the Go-to-Market Associate

You are a great fit if you

• Have 8 to 15 years in maritime: ashore with an owner or manager, at sea as an officer, or selling tech or services to ship managers
• Know how purchases really get made inside a shipping company
• Can talk to a chief engineer and a CFO in the same afternoon
• Are confident on stage, on LinkedIn and in the boardroom, and write clearly
• a network in Singapore, Greece, the UAE or India’s ship-management hubs; SaaS pricing or AI product experience; a second shipping language. (nice to have)
