Reports to: Founder and CEO

Role purpose

Translate the Founder’s business priorities into executable plans, coordinate department heads and lead strategic initiatives through to measurable results.

Relevant experience

· Relevant experience in a Founder’s Office, business operations, strategy execution or consulting with implementation responsibility.

· Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional projects and experience working with founders, CEOs or senior leadership.

· Experience interpreting financial and operational performance and driving corrective action.

· Exposure to mobility, logistics, retail, manufacturing or multi-location businesses is preferred.

Key responsibilities

· Translate priorities into quarterly plans with clear owners, milestones and outcomes.

· Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Sales, Finance, Technology and expansion teams.

· Run business reviews, track commitments and coordinate corrective actions.

· Prepare decision briefs, business cases and leadership presentations.

· Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements in cost, productivity and customer experience.

· Escalate risks with practical recommendations and guide the execution and analytical team.

Essential skills

Business judgement, financial understanding, stakeholder management, strong Excel and presentation skills, discretion and consistent follow-through.

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
