Campaign Management Across Channels Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, social, and email) aligned with business objectives. Ensure campaigns deliver measurable outcomes, awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and conversions. Funnel Analytics & Conversion Efficiency Decode B2B customer behavior across the funnel to identify friction points and unlock growth opportunities. Partner closely with sales to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates with data-backed insights. Customer Segmentation & CRM Excellence Manage and optimize HubSpot (and other automation tools) to streamline lead scoring, nurturing, and personalized campaigns. Deploy strategic content marketing and precision-targeted emails for sharper B2B audience engagement. Performance Marketing Leadership Own and scale PPC, paid social, and display advertising campaigns with a sharp eye on ROI. Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize conversions while reducing CPC and CAC. Data-Driven Growth Establish a rigorous analytics framework to track, report, and optimize all marketing activities. Transform campaign data into actionable insights, driving iterative improvements and long-term growth. Innovation & New Growth Levers Experiment with emerging marketing channels, tools, and growth hacks to stay ahead of the curve.
