Do you love talking to people and can pitch like a pro without sounding like a robot? Then come join us as a Sales Intern and help bring amazing facilitators, artists, cultural organisations and communities into our space. What You’ll Be Doing (besides sipping chai and vibing with creative folks): Scouting out artists, spiritual guides, musicians, healers, and culture champs Getting on doing 20 calls per day Pitching our beautiful spaces for events, workshops, classes and experiences Creating a detailed, ever-growing database of potential collaborators Working with our marketing crew to promote upcoming programs Converting leads into magical collaborations Enjoys to speaking on the phone, convert deals and bring revenue You’ll Fit Right In If You Are: ✅ A people-person with epic communication skills ✅ Not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to strangers (nicely, of course) ✅ Super organized (you have folders within folders) ✅ Passionate about all things creative, mindful, and soulful ✅ Proactive, driven, and a little bit of a go-getter What you will learn day to day: Prospecting: Identifying relevant leads and building a list of potential collaborators. Researching & Positioning: Understanding what makes Eternal Oasis unique and how to position it against alternatives.
