We already purchased one residence by this builder. Still from more than 10 years fighting for registry. Any time you will go for sell have to pay very hefty amount for transfer charges. All staff including builder is everytime looking for money.

Please refrain from the builder if u do no want to waste your money. They will lure u with all the promises so would recommend to visit their completed projects in Noida and Greater Noida. We are still waiting for registry since 2 years. Anyone can visit JM Aroma and JM Florence to see the reality

Please visit previous projects of builder in Noida West techzone 4 and have a word with flat owners there before investing ur hardearned money. There has been exponential delay in delivery , registry of flats is pending for last 4-5 years. Unprofessional response from builder on most of issues.

Non responsive to clients, fake promises, delayed delivery, and poor quality materials what i could find based on my experience with this builder. They don't agreed to adhere to RERA order as well.

I am a resident of their JM Florence society. No registry happening for most of the flats. Also 6 new towers do not have OC/CC in place, they only can make fake promises. FRAUD Builder, Fraud company like many other in NCR.
