Why this role We build fast, test fast, and learn fast. AI tools are part of every commit—Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and more. If that’s how you already work, you’ll fit right in. What you’ll do Own features end-to-end: plan, code, test, ship, repeat. Rapidly prototype, gather user feedback, and iterate. Work directly with the founder and designer on real problems. Keep quality high with automated tests, CI/CD, and solid monitoring. What you bring 5–7 years hands-on full-stack or mobile development. Two AI-native projects in production—show us what you built. Daily user of AI dev tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.). Strong React Native (Expo) and Firebase (Functions, Auth, Firestore). Comfortable with GitHub Actions, TypeScript, and cloud deploys. Clear written and spoken English; async-first communicator. Based in Bangalore or Chennai (initially remote). Nice to have Algolia or similar search services. Vector embeddings / prompt engineering. Sentry, Expo EAS, or Google Maps/Calendar APIs.
