If you own a vida bike, it’s better not to go here for service. They don’t have in-house technicians, they call people from outside. They don’t have any answer to your technical questions. Minimum 3 to 5 days of service time will be taken.

Service is just an eyewash and waste of money especially old vehicles. Better to go to near by mechanic shop. Not sure they even do basic checks.
