Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a MongoDB Administrator, located in Jaipur. The MongoDB Administrator will manage and maintain MongoDB databases to ensure high availability, performance, and security. Day-to-day tasks include database monitoring, optimization, backup, recovery, and collaborating with development teams to design and implement database solutions. The administrator will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, performing upgrades, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in MongoDB administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and monitoring tools for MongoDB Knowledge of backup and recovery techniques and ensuring data integrity Ability to troubleshoot database issues and work with development teams for database design Familiarity with security best practices, authentication, authorization, and audit logging in MongoDB Ability to manage and maintain databases in a cloud environment, preferably with experience in SaaS platforms Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Relevant certifications in MongoDB or database administration are a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
