Search Engine Optimization Specialist
Job Overview We are seeking a results driven SEO Manager to lead our search engine optimization strategy across multiple business units. This role involves planning, implementing, and managing SEO campaigns to drive organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page and off-page optimization, content strategy, and analytics, with a proven track record of achieving measurable growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct regular keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Plan and manage SEO roadmaps for multiple websites, ensuring consistent improvements in rankings and traffic. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and metadata for target keywords. Ensure all content follows SEO best practices, including keyword placement, readability, and structure. Collaborate with content and design teams to enhance UX and engagement metrics. Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing, page speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, schema markup). Work with developers to implement technical fixes and enhancements. Ensure proper site structure for multi-language or multi-region targeting, if applicable. Off-Page SEO: Build and execute link-building strategies through ethical and high-quality methods. Monitor backlink profiles, disavow toxic links, and maintain a healthy link ecosystem. Identify PR and outreach opportunities to improve brand visibility. Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Provide monthly/quarterly reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Measure ROI from SEO activities and continuously optimize strategies. Collaboration & Leadership: Coordinate with content writers, developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO alignment. Mentor junior SEO team members and oversee their execution. Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, emerging SEO trends, and new tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 4–7 years of proven experience in SEO management. Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. Expertise in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4). Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for SEO purposes. Experience in managing multi-site SEO strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
