The overall experience was good.... Staff are there to help you but yes, like other places, if the customer pressure is high then you have to wait for some time.... The work environment is good.... They will diagnose your car efficiently...

Good service by Ganges Ford, the service people are helpful, special mention to Surajit Dey who serviced my car with care and resolved all issues without any hiccup. It's much better than Maruti service experience.
