1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory and staff positions. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Conduct interviews, background verification, and prepare offer letters. Plan and execute employee onboarding and induction programs. 2. Attendance & Payroll Monitor employee attendance, overtime, and leave records. Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and statutory deductions. Handle time-office activities and maintain accurate HRIS data. 3. Statutory Compliance Ensure compliance with all labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Factory Act, etc.). Liaise with government departments, auditors, and inspectors. Maintain statutory registers, records, and timely submission of returns. 4. Employee Relations Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment. Support disciplinary procedures and domestic inquiries. Promote communication between management and shop floor employees. 5. Training & Development Identify training needs and coordinate technical/soft-skill training programs. Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness. 6. Performance Management Assist in setting KRAs and conducting annual performance appraisals. Support managers in performance reviews and feedback sessions. 7. Health, Safety & Welfare Ensure employee welfare activities are effectively implemented. Coordinate with the EHS team on health and safety initiatives. Conduct regular employee engagement and motivation programs. 8. HR Reporting & Administration Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, etc.). Maintain employee personnel files and documentation. Support audits and internal HR reviews.
