As a Senior Vice President / Chief Operating Officer at the biggest apparel manufacturing group in Asia, with state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing facilities catering to popular USA and European brands, your role will be crucial in overseeing various manufacturing activities. Your expertise in wovens is essential as you will be handling approximately 6000 machines capacity as a Production Capacity Head. It is preferred that you have a strong understanding of Industrial Engineering (IE), Planning, and other LEAN manufacturing concepts, coupled with a robust business acumen. Key Responsibilities: - Manage all manufacturing-related activities such as ensuring on-time shipments, maintaining Acceptable Quality Level (AQL), and enhancing efficiency. - Prefer professionals with an IE / PPC background. - Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve production targets effectively. - Utilize your international work experience to enhance manufacturing processes. - Ensure formal education in a related field to bring in-depth knowledge to the role. - Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation abilities.
