Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Hotel Manager to lead the pre-opening and day-to-day operations of Yashvion’s Hotel. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in launching and managing hotels, building teams, implementing SOPs, and driving revenue through effective sales and operational strategies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee pre-opening activities including recruitment, vendor management, licensing, and SOP implementation. Ensure smooth operations across rooms, F&B (banquet, restaurant, bar, PDRs), and guest services. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability. Build, train, and lead a high-performing hospitality team. Establish and maintain service standards to deliver outstanding guest satisfaction. Implement cost control, inventory management, and efficient resource utilization. Work closely with the sales & marketing team to drive bookings, events, and banquet business. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations. Requirements: Minimum 5–8 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of successfully managing or launching a new property. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Sales and revenue-driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets. Hands-on knowledge of F&B operations, banquet/event management, and guest relations. Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management preferred.
