Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Front-of-House Management Welcome guests with warmth, ensure quick seating, and maintain smooth table flow. Understand guest needs, preferences, and special requests; ensure they feel valued. Manage waiting queues professionally during peak hours. Monitor dining area atmosphere, cleanliness, and guest comfort. Service Coordination Work closely with service staff to ensure timely order-taking, food delivery, and follow-ups. Communicate guest concerns or special instructions to kitchen and service teams. Assist in handling reservations, takeaways, and online order pickups. Feedback & Issue Resolution Actively gather guest feedback and ensure concerns are resolved immediately. Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach during complaints or service delays. Report recurring issues to management and suggest improvements. Brand Representation Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times. Uphold FoodBae’s service standards and customer-first culture. Engage with guests politely, fostering repeat visits and positive reviews. Skills & Requirements Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an advantage. Strong interpersonal abilities and a naturally warm personality. Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments. Customer service experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred. Basic knowledge of reservation systems and billing software (training will be provided).
