As a Graphic Designer at our agency, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually engaging designs for our digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and client projects. We are looking for a talented individual with an eye for detail and a penchant for translating concepts into captivating visuals. Key Responsibilities: - Design a variety of creative assets, including social media posts, banners, infographics, and marketing materials. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and bring design ideas to life in line with campaign objectives. - Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques into your work. - Ensure that designs are optimized for different digital platforms and adhere to client branding guidelines. - Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. - A strong portfolio that showcases your creativity and design expertise. - Attention to detail and a talent for visual storytelling. - Excellent time management skills to effectively meet deadlines. - Previous experience in digital marketing design would be advantageous. - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in graphic designing. Work Schedule: - Timings: 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. IST - Days: Monday to Saturday - Hybrid Mode (90% Remote, 10% Physical Presence required) Salary & Trial Period: - Salary Range: INR 10,000 - 12,000 per month (depending on experience and skills). - Trial Period: Candidates are required to complete a 15-day paid trial period before being confirmed for the role.
