Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day supermarket operations including inventory, sales, and staff management. Lead and motivate staff members to maintain exceptional customer service standards. Monitor product availability, stock levels, and vendor relations to ensure smooth supply chain management. Analyze sales performance, demand, and implement strategies to increase profitability. Supervise billing, cash management, and adherence to company policies. Develop promotional plans and coordinate marketing initiatives with management. Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews for staff. Maintain hygiene, safety, and store display standards in line with company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Proven leadership, communication, and team management skills. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
