I am Focus customer for 6 years n service is up to standard.. have to call customer service and wait for tech to call.. at times work isn't done properly.. many error s.. nobody calls for service maintenance n not sure if there is any updates. Many flaws found..

Max showroom people ask you to scan QR code .... They take your number ask for OTP. They grab your mobile and do it by them self.... Don't know how safe the process is...

Horrible techinal department. Its been 4 months since i bought the software and installation still hasnt been completed. the technical department guy has to no idea what he is doing. Sales guy speaks as if he is doing us a big favor by selling the software to us.

Dont go to interview here...they call 100 people's for 1 or 2 positions and that too recommendation one..I had attended for interview here,cleared written and then on next week they called for personal interview.,they completed in 2-3min by …
