Review and verify student applications and documents to ensure completeness and eligibility before processing admissions. Liaise with academic and administrative departments to ensure availability of seats and admission criteria compliance. Maintain accurate and updated records of admission data, student profiles, inquiries, and follow-ups using CRM or admission management software. Prepare regular reports on admission statistics, trends, and conversion rates for senior management review.
