We’re Hiring: Energy Modeler Focal Middle East is looking for a skilled Energy Modeler to join our team in Kochi, India. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to sustainable design by conducting detailed energy and environmental performance assessments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct load calculations and system analysis (8760-hour calculations) Develop and run energy models Perform daylight and shading analysis Carry out life-cycle assessments Background & Requirements: Prior experience on LEED projects (mandatory) Strong understanding of MEP systems, especially equipment with unloading characteristics Accreditations such as LEED AP, WELL AP , or other sustainability-related qualifications are a plus Proficiency with sustainability tools/software: IES-VE, One-Click LCA, EnergyPlus , etc. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Building Science, MEP, or a related discipline ✨ If you’re passionate about sustainability and energy efficiency, we’d love to hear from you. 📩 Apply now by sending your CV to njamal@focalpm.com or reach out via LinkedIn.
