Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Area Sales Manager based in Hyderabad, Bangaluru or Kerela. The Area Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets, oversee and manage sales activities within their assigned region, and establish and nurture client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, solving customer challenges, negotiating agreements, and generating regular sales reports, all while serving as the primary point of contact for clients in the assigned territory. Qualifications Biotechnology, Microbiology or Chemistry graduate preferred 2 to 3 years of similar experience of food safety diagnostics sales, marketing & customer handling preferred Strong sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and strategic account management Experience in customer relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution Understanding of Food Safety Diagnostics, and Dairy, Food & Beverage Ingredient markets Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage regional sales strategies Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the B2B space Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Willingness to travel as required for client meetings or industry events
