About the Role: We're looking for a creative and self-driven Graphic Designer who will independently lead the design and execution of all marketing-related creatives. From eye-catching social media graphics and engaging ad creatives to crisp print material and digital content, you will be the visual voice of LeadPixie across platforms. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, perfect for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about design that performs. Key Responsibilities: Design visually compelling creatives for social media, digital ads, emails, print, and web. Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, and presentation decks. Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and advertising best practices. Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely delivery without compromising quality. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in digital and print design Proficiency in Canva, Figma or any other tools as needed. Ability to take creative direction and work independently. Experience in designing creatives for ads. Basic understanding of marketing objectives and how design supports lead generation and engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred. Responsibilities: Copy and format chapter content from prescribed syllabus books into the CMS. Input end-of-chapter exercises and create accurate, step-by-step solutions. Develop original practice questions aligned with the concepts in each chapter. Ensure high accuracy and consistency while following formatting and style guidelines.
