Qualifications Proven experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling with a deep understanding of educational and career pathways Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage and support students Knowledge of education systems and relevant policies, particularly regarding international study programs and visa requirements Strong organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred Adaptability in a client-focused environment and a passion for working with students and diverse groups Proficiency with online tools, digital literacy, and the ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
