Coordinate with recruiters and clients for smooth placements. Maintain and update candidate databases and resumes. Support senior recruiters in achieving hiring and placement goals. Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong attention to detail and organisational ability. Proficiency with job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and MS Office. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Eagerness to learn and grow within the U.S. staffing domain. Shift Timings : 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM Working days : 5 days Language known: Telugu, English, & Other languages ( optional)
