Role Description We are seeking a Business Development Intern to support our hospitality outreach. You will work closely with the founder to identify opportunities, approach premium hotels/residences, and help manage pilot programs. This role is ideal for someone curious about luxury brands, hospitality, and sales. This is a full-time Business Development Intern role based on-site in Gurugram. The intern will be responsible for assisting in market research, generating leads, and providing customer service. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in various tasks. The Business Development Intern will also engage in effective communication with clients and team members to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software is a plus Interest in hospitality, luxury brands, or sustainability. Organized and detail-oriented; good with follow-ups. Comfortable with field visits and interacting with senior professionals. Students/recent graduates in business, hospitality, or marketing preferred. Key Responsibilities: Research target hotels, boutique properties, luxury residences, and decision-makers. Assist in preparing pitch materials and leave-behind kits. Schedule and follow up on meetings with hotel procurement/operations managers. Support on-site product demonstrations and pilot trials.
