We’re Hiring: Merchandiser (Manufacturing & Export) We are a manufacturing and export company supplying international retailers and importers. We are looking for a detail-oriented merchandiser who can independently handle clients and execution from sampling to shipment. Key Responsibilities Handle international clients via email and calls Manage product development and sampling (costing, timelines, approvals) Coordinate with production to ensure orders move as per plan Track and ensure timely arrival of packing materials Monitor production timelines and flag delays early Coordinate with packing, dispatch, and logistics teams Maintain order trackers and basic documentation Requirements Very good spoken and written English (mandatory) Strong follow-up and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously Comfortable working with factory teams and timelines Basic proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets & Tally Prime Prior experience in export merchandising preferred (but not mandatory if execution skills are strong) What You’ll Get Exposure to international clients End-to-end ownership of orders Clear responsibility and growth path Performance-based growth, not title-based 📍 Location: Tuticorin 📩 Interested candidates can DM or email their CV to rajmathew@floordecor.in
