Flexo printing Engineer

Job Description

Process Optimization: Analyze and improve flexographic printing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality prints and products. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve production issues, including equipment malfunctions and print quality problems. Material Management: Manage and optimize the use of inks, substrates, and other materials used in flexo printing. Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of flexo printing equipment. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and reduce costs. Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Training: Provide training and support to production team members on process improvements and new technologies. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production processes, quality control procedures, and troubleshooting activities. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as engineering, quality control, and sales, to ensure seamless integration of production processes. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, printing technology, or a related discipline. Experience: Proven experience in flexographic printing, preferably in a production environment. Technical Skills: Knowledge of flexo printing machinery, materials, and processes. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues.
