Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening and selection HR Administration: Maintain employee records, manage attendance and leave systems. Training Program Management: Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees to enhance skills and compliance. Operational Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes. Employee Onboarding: Ensure a smooth onboarding experience, including training on company policies and processes.
