Job Summary

We are looking for a Fleet Manager & Last-Mile Operations professional to manage InstaCloset’s fleet, delivery partners, and end-to-end last-mile delivery operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient rider allocation, vehicle availability, timely order deliveries, route optimization, and smooth coordination between stores, riders, and the internal operations team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day fleet and last-mile delivery operations.

* Manage and coordinate delivery riders/drivers.

* Allocate orders, riders, and vehicles based on location and order volumes.

* Monitor live deliveries and ensure orders are delivered within defined SLAs.

* Optimize routes and rider allocation to reduce delivery time and costs.

* Track rider attendance, availability, productivity, and performance.

* Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance.

* Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and breakdowns.

* Maintain records of vehicles, riders, fuel, maintenance, and operational expenses.

* Ensure vehicle documents, insurance, permits, and licenses are up to date.

* Coordinate with stores and fashion partners to ensure timely order handover.

* Handle delivery delays, failed deliveries, cancellations, returns, and escalations.

* Coordinate with third-party logistics/fleet vendors when required.

* Prepare daily and weekly fleet and delivery performance reports.

* Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements.

* Work closely with the City Operations and Customer Support teams.

* Ensure a smooth and reliable customer delivery experience.

Eligibility

* Bachelor’s degree preferred.

* 2–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, quick commerce, or transportation operations.

* Experience managing delivery riders/drivers is preferred.

* Knowledge of local city routes and delivery operations is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced quick-commerce environment. They should have strong operational and people-management skills and be capable of resolving delivery and fleet issues quickly.

Compensation

CTC will be discussed separately based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and role requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
