Job Title: Accounts Manager Location: Lower Parel Experience: 4–8 Years Industry: Food / QSR / Cloud Kitchen Employment Type: Full-time About Health and Beyond Foods Health and Beyond Foods operates multiple cloud kitchens with a central kitchen model, delivering healthy and high-quality food. We are looking for a hands-on Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting, compliance, and employee payroll across outlets and the central kitchen. Job Description Maintain and organize all financial records, files, cash, and cash equivalents in line with company policies. Handle day-to-day accounting operations , including bookkeeping and ledger maintenance. Manage accounts payable , vendor payments, and expense tracking. Prepare, review, and reconcile bills, invoices, and account statements . Handle employee salary processing and payroll management . Prepare and share MIS, financial reports, and summaries on a regular basis using MS Excel. Support month-end and period-end closing activities. Assist in audits and ensure compliance with internal processes. Coordinate with operations and HR teams for financial accuracy. Experience & Qualifications B.Com graduate . 5–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance. Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting software . Strong working knowledge of MS Excel . Experience in food, QSR, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
