We are looking for a Junior Electrical Engineer to support day-to-day electrical operations and hands-on maintenance in our spice processing factory. The role requires active involvement on the shop floor to ensure smooth, safe, and uninterrupted electrical operations. Key Responsibilities: Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of HT/LT electrical systems Assisting in operation and maintenance of transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, motors, and power distribution Attending electrical breakdowns and ensuring minimal downtime Preventive maintenance of electrical equipment and factory machinery Ensuring safe electrical practices and compliance with statutory requirements Coordinating with maintenance team, supervisors, and external service providers Maintaining basic electrical maintenance records and logs Requirements: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders not eligible) 0–3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance Basic knowledge of HT systems, motors, panels, and industrial safety practices Willingness to work on the shop floor and attend breakdowns Location: Kappalur, Madurai Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund License/Certification: Electrical C License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
