FitUnified: The Digital Khata for Every Indian Fitness Facility This is not a CTC-based role and not for people looking for fixed salary stability, structure, or comfort . We are looking for builders —startup enthusiasts who want to build from zero , people with raw talent, passion to create, and the ambition to become the next leader by doing hard things . We are re-creating the Khatabook (YC 2018) moment for the fitness industry, inspired by the transformation seen in India’s MSME ecosystem. About FitUnified: FitUnified is on a mission to digitize every Indian fitness facility and empower small and medium fitness business owners with a hyper-local, affordable, and simple digital solution . FitUnified is supported by GIZ , on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) . What You Will Actually Do: • Work directly with the founders on product, execution, and decision-making • Go on-ground to meet gym owners, listen to real problems, and validate ideas • Build partnerships, select vendors, and make things happen— without waiting for instructions • Create content publicly around experiments, failures, and learnings • Execute fast using AI-first tools (websites, creatives, workflows) • Coordinate with freelancers and vendors and own outcomes • Represent FitUnified at startup events, expos, and local communities Who This Is For This role is for someone who: • Enjoys uncertainty more than comfort • Is okay with on-groundwork, rejections, and unplanned days • Can talk to users, listen deeply, and convert insights into action • Is interested in small and medium business automation • Is willing to trade short-term comfort for long-term growth and leadership • Wants to become a future operator or founder , not just an employee What You Get • This is not a CTC role • You will receive a ₹15,000–₹20,000 monthly stipend • You will earn meaningful equity (ESOPs) based on real contribution, not promises • A front-row seat to building a startup from zero • Direct exposure to founder-level decision-making • Freedom to experiment, fail, learn fast, and grow faster • Visibility and credibility in the startup ecosystem Before You Apply Do not apply with just a CV.
