Program Execution & Management Manage the end-to-end execution of the 2-year incubation program. Coordinate outreach campaigns, startup applications, shortlisting, jury evaluations, and bootcamps. Ensure smooth onboarding and incubation support for selected startups. Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with FITT IIT Delhi, Cadence CSR team, mentors, jury members, and partner organizations. Coordinate with government stakeholders (MeitY, NITI Aayog, DST, ISM) as required. Startup Support & Mentorship Facilitation Schedule and manage mentoring sessions with industry experts, IIT Delhi professors, and Cadence engineers. Track progress of incubated startups against milestones and funding tranches. Operations & Logistics Manage events such as roadshows, bootcamps, demo days, and investor connects. Oversee program budget utilization (travel, accommodation, marketing, logistics). Maintain program documentation, reports, and compliance records. Business Development Explore and initiate new partnerships and collaborations to replicate or expand similar programs. Identify and design entrepreneurship training modules, capacity-building workshops, and accelerator models for startups. Engage with corporates, funding agencies, and government bodies to bring in additional opportunities and resources. Develop strategies to scale and sustain the program beyond the current cycle. Required Qualifications Master s/Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field. (Preference: Electronics / Mechanical / Management background). 2 5 years of experience in startup incubation, program management, or project execution . Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with the semiconductor/deep-tech/startup ecosystem will be an added advantage.
