Skills Required: Program Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement the overall program strategy, ensuring alignment with program objectives and corporate vision. Develop & track project timelines, deliverables and milestones. To collaborate with internal & external stakeholders ensure program success. Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback and metrics. Build and maintain a network of mentors, advisors, and industry experts to support program participants. Facilitate connections between startups and potential investors, customers, and partners. Project Management: Oversee program planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to promote the program mission. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Track the progress and performance of incubated startups, providing regular updates to leadership. Develop detailed report on program outcomes, including success stories, challenges, and key learnings. Impact Assessment & Reporting: Monitor program performance, collect data, and generate impact reports to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Key Competencies: Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, including experience in working with entrepreneurs, mentors, and investors. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills & Proficiency in Microsoft. Proficiency in project management and event coordination. Experience working with early-stage startups and understanding their unique challenges. Familiarity with emerging technologies and industry trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
