Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, engaging, and educational environment. - Lead, mentor, and support teaching staff, ensuring high-quality early childhood education. - Develop and implement curriculum, activities, and learning programs in line with preschool standards. - Maintain effective communication with parents, addressing concerns and providing regular updates. - Manage admissions, staff schedules, and administrative tasks. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. - Organize events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff training sessions. - Monitor student progress and provide guidance for individualized learning approaches. Requirements: - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field. - Prior experience as a Preschool Head, Coordinator, or Senior Teacher. - Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. - Knowledge of child development principles and preschool teaching methodologies. - Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tasks. - Patient, compassionate, and passionate about early education.
