Role Description This is a full-time calling executive role located in the Mohali district. The calling executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, engaging with customers to promote services, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. They will also need to follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and persuasion. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer service or sales roles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with CRM software Comfortable with making outbound calls and engaging with customers High school diploma or equivalent

As a UI Developer with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience, you will be required to have expertise in HTML4, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, and Bootstrap. It is essential to possess knowledge in developing responsive/adaptive websites and familiarity with designing tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Corel Draw. Additionally, experience with AngularJS will be considered advantageous for this role. You should have hands-on experience in utilizing debugging tools like FireBug or Chrome dev tools to ensure the smooth functioning of web applications. Exposure to Project Management Tools like Asana, JIRA, TFS, etc will also be beneficial in coordinating and managing development projects efficiently. Moreover, your responsibilities will include developing HTML content optimized for emailers and newsletters, showcasing your ability to create visually appealing and interactive digital assets.
