Job Title: Sr. Sales Executive – Electronic Box Build Assembly Location: Chennai Industry: Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) / Electro-Mechanical Assemblies Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to drive business growth for our Box Build Assembly services . The ideal candidate will identify new clients in EMS, automotive, industrial automation, and medical device sectors, build strong relationships, and close deals for turnkey electro-mechanical assembly services including PCBA, enclosure integration, wiring harnesses, and system testing. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients (OEMs, EMS providers, system integrators) across Tamil Nadu and South India. Understand customer requirements for turnkey box build or sub-assembly services and present tailored solutions. Generate leads through market visits, LinkedIn outreach, trade shows, and referrals. Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and factory tours. Prepare quotations and follow up on proposals to convert inquiries into orders. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, production, quality) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain CRM records and provide weekly/monthly sales reports. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging product segments. Candidate Profile: Experience: 2–5 years in B2B sales (preferably in EMS, electronics manufacturing, industrial automation, or electrical panels) Education: Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics) or related; MBA is a plus.
