Super aggravating and not very good at doing the background checks that they do. Extremely frustrating and annoying. The worst and longest check process I've been through. They keep requesting things I already sent in. Zero stars.

How dumb do you have to be as a company to need both a person's social security number and their fingerprints, and you still need more information to determine whether they're a criminal? The only people dumber than the morons who run this company are the ones who pay for their services.

They can't even complete a simple background check without issues. I opened a dispute ticket and sent them verification of my identity, and they still will not clear my background check.

Worst company to do background checks. I have a clean background but still fail background checks. They ask me for a form and I still fail. I have lost multiple work from home opportunities because of it. I don’t know why people still use them. Smh

They took 1000rs from me in name of registration and said 4000 after job. And don't provide any job now I want my money back or I will file police complaint in vivek vihar police station. They are doing fraud including many friends.
I paid them on google pay now I want it now.
