Had an interview and got through after finishing all the rounds and also got an offer letter. Just within minutes of getting an offer letter. I get a call that they have chnaged the package for this position so now the package is less. No point working for a stupid company like this

Hi am working by near company . my few friends are left and join FADV. they said its a good environment to work here. and he paid good salary and good hike everything. strict and good. day shift i mean regular shift and timings is good.

There is ugly looking Team leader by the name Ashwini, she is a proper bucket. Don't know how many people she caught bucket to get to that basic position. This company does not value any skillset. Only you should know to catch bucket. Learn from people like TL Ashwini
