This company reported false information to a potential employer. I didn't get the job after disputing the false information on my report several times. Potential companies should use other background companies instead of this company because they will falsely report disputed information about individuals.

This is not first advantage it's foreigners stealing your information. They was asking for my social birthday and security questions that's on my credit I hung up

They literally spammed called 3 of my references. They called them 10 times each! Apparently they were being super rude and did not answer my former employers questions. Not sure why my company decided to work with them. Would not recommend

I wish that I could put zero stars. First Advantage is INCOMPETENT and has foreign employees. Instead of clearing a vacated conviction they ADDED a bogus conviction, closed the case and are DEMANDING that I give them ANOTHER 30 days! First …

First Advantage provides background check for future employer. WHAT A PAIN! DOB input requires calender left and right arrow individual scroll instead of mm/dd/yyyy. A common 1995 error committed in 2022. Come on Man, what have you learned in 27 years?

Not mobile user friendly even though it says it is. Login doesn't work on my computer even though the password is correct. Seems they want you to have to talk to them first before login very sketchy.

If it were possible to give "no stars" I would. This company has called repeatedly, bordering on harassment to verify the employment of an ex-employee I don't have information for readily available. The service is clearly outsourced to India as you can barely understand the people on the phone with their thick accent.

Employers: stop using this service. It literally takes forever costing both the company and the potential employee time and money. Horrible service, horrible customer service, terrible experience.
