It's been almost three months and they still haven't finished my background check. First Advantage is not the company you want to use. I called and they tell me they don't know why it's taking so long. No one should wonder why they have such a poor rating.

I know for a fact that FA cares about delivering great service to applicants and clients and will go above and beyond to help as needed. A lot of these reviews unfairly call out First Advantage for failed background checks, but FA doesn’t control that information, it just reports on it!
